If your jewellery falls out within 12 weeks of your new piercing, we will re-pierce/ replace it for free💎

We are unable to reuse the original jewellery for the re-piercing for hygiene reasons. This complimentary service is exclusively in-store and requires an appointment. Please contact us with your preferred date, time, and store location so we can arrange your booking, or book a piercing consultation slot on our website💞

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a free replacement if the jewellery falls out after 12 weeks of the initial piercing. After 12 weeks, the piercing could have fallen out for reasons beyond our control.
