How To Exchange/Return An Item?Updated a day ago
Eligible products can be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase.
To start the returns or exchange process, please head to our US returns portal
We are only able to accept returns on items that are:
💍Unworn
💍Show no signs of wear or damage
💍Are returned in their original packaging and condition
We do not accept returns on any of the following:
💍Story chains
💍Engraved items
💍Individual Products in Sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund
💍Earrings that have been worn or tried on
💍 Advent Calendars, Christmas Crackers and Baubles after the 1st of December. Please read more here
Once your return request has been approved, you will be sent an email detailing your complimentary return label.
🌟 Once the warehouse has received your item, it can take 7-10 days to process refunds, credit notes or exchanges 🌟
You are also welcome item in-store if that is more convenient for you!
Please include the dispatch note received from the original delivery. If it is not possible to include this, please include a note within the parcel detailing your order number above, thank you.
We are not able to accept returns on UK or EU purchases to a US store, or vice versa. Please contact our Customer Care team if you need to do this.
