Can I reschedule my appointment?
The easiest way to reschedule your appointment is for you to reach out to the store that you booked into. You can find the store's contact details through this link.You are also able to reach out to us at [email protected] to reschedule,
Can I cancel my appointment?
To cancel your appointment is through your booking confirmation email, by clicking the ‘cancel booking’ button. Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. Appointments which are missed or cancelled within 24hrs are subject to a £20 fee
