To cancel your appointment is through your booking confirmation email, by clicking the ‘cancel booking’ button. Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email.
Appointments which are missed or cancelled within 24hrs are subject to a £20 fee, as stated in your booking confirmation email.
Any exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances can only be at the store manager’s discretion to revert the cancellation charge, and this is not at the discretion of the customer care team. Store information can be found here
