Can I reschedule my appointment?Updated 3 months ago

The easiest way to reschedule your appointment is for you to reach out to the store that you booked into. You can find the store's contact details through this link.

You are also able to reach out to us at [email protected] to reschedule, Monday to Friday. Please note, if your appointment is within 24hrs, we recommend that you contact the store directly.

Changes need to be made 24 hours before your booking otherwise you may be charged a late rescheduling fee 

Any exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances can only be at the store manager’s discretion to revert the charge, and this is not at the discretion of the customer care team. Store information can be found here
