How do I return my gifted item?Updated 3 months ago

🎄We’re extending our returns period for orders placed from 29th October - 23rd December, so they can return their jewels until 31st January. Gifting has never been so stress free!🎄

We are very sorry to hear that your gifted item is unsuitable!

You are able to process a gift return through our returns portal. In order to do so you will need the following information:

• Original purchaser’s email address
• Order number 

If you are looking to return this without letting the original purchaser know, don’t worry we've got your covered! You can confirm your own information at the ‘confirm your details’ stage. From there you will receive all of the correspondence relating to the return.
