We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, plus shipping time. If there is a delay, we will let you know.

Story chains - Our story chains come with two delivery options: express (two weeks) or standard (four weeks). You can choose your preferred service at checkout. Once our jewellers have finished making your bespoke, handmade piece it will be shipped to you. 

Engraved items - For engraved orders, please allow up to 4 days for engraving, plus delivery time.
