You can return a gift through our Returns Portal - super easy and straightforward. 

To get started, you’ll just need:

• The original purchaser’s email address

• The order number

• To ensure your item is eligible for return.

✨ Want to keep it a secret?

No worries at all - we’ve thought of that! When you get to the ‘confirm your details’ step, simply put your contact information instead. That way, you receive all the return updates and communications and nothing gets sent to the original gift-giver.
