💫  We offer instant exchanges, so you do not need to wait for an item to be approved by our returns team before an exchange goes out.

💛 Please opt for an instant exchange in our portal. You will need to enter your card details to pre-authorise the payment for the exchange item, but no funds will be taken then. 

You will then have 21 days to return your item via post. We will send a reminder after 7 days and 14 days if your item is not yet returned. Once it has entered the postal network, the pre-authorisation will be removed from the card.
