We are sorry to hear that your purchase is unsuitable.
You are of course welcome to return the items for a refund, exchange or a credit note within 28 days from the date of purchase.
Please use our Returns Portal to process your request.
To ensure your item is eligible for return it must:
✅Be unworn
✅No signs of wear or damage
✅In its original condition and packaging
We do not accept returns for the following items:
💍Earrings & Huggies (We do accept returns on Ear Cuffs)
💍Advent Calendars
💍Engraved Products
💍Individual Products in Sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund
Once the warehouse has received and approved the return or exchange please note it can take up to 14 working days to process your request and you will be notified when your exchange or refund is processed.
You can also pop into your local boutique to return or exchange your item 👉 Our Stores ( If you purchased an item in one of our concession stores, you will need to go back to that store directly to process a return or exchange)
