What are Milestone Rings?

Milestone Rings are specially designed rings to celebrate your most meaningful moments. Each ring is made to order, allowing you to choose the perfect size and style for your milestone ✨

Lead Time

Our Milestone Rings are crafted just for you 💍

When you choose a made to order size, our Milestone Rings have a longer time to account for sizing and delivery. Typically they do have an 8 week lead time, however, orders placed between 4th January and 3rd March will be shipped starting from the 17th March depending on the date the order was placed. 

We do have select sizes available in-store and online, so please contact us to check if you need yours sooner.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, including your tracking details, to follow your delivery until it reaches you!

Sizing

Milestone Rings are created in your chosen size to ensure the perfect fit.

If you’re unsure about your size, we recommend checking out our virtual ring sizer which can be found here, popping into your local Astrid & Miyu or checking in with our Customer Connection team before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We of course want you to love your Milestone Ring, however if you do need to make a return:

Please contact our Customer Connection team within 28 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Once received, it is required for our Workshop to review the ring. 

This full process typically takes between 2-3 weeks.

We’ll then process your exchange or refund request, providing the ring is in its original condition.
