đWeâre extending our returns period for orders placed from 29th October - 23rd December, so they can return their jewels until 31st January. Gifting has never been so stress free!đ

To ensure your item is eligible for return it must:

â No signs of wear or damage
â In its original condition and packaging
We don't accept returns for the following items:

đIndividual Products in Sets - The products must be returned as a set to be elegible for a refund
Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary.
Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.
Please note, Gift Cards are non-refundable.
