We’re so sorry to hear something wasn’t quite right with your order. We’re all about quality, care, and making you feel amazing in your jewellery, so if your item isn’t perfect due to a genuine fault or issue you can return your items for a refund, a credit note, or an exchange once the item is returned to us.

You must return it to us within 28 days and your item must be eligible for return.

Returning an item?

Once our lovely warehouse team receives your return, it can take up to 7- 10 days to process. We know that’s a little wait, and we really appreciate your patience while we work our magic behind the scenes.


Prefer to pop in-store?

You can return items for a refund, credit note, or exchange at any of our standalone boutiques if returned with 28 days. Just a heads up: items bought online or in one of our standalone boutiques can’t be returned to concession stores (Selfridges, Harrods and Fenwick) and vice versa.   2. Fill it in using your order number and (if it was a gift) the original purchaser's email

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you all the shipping details you need!
